Who we are
The vineyard was founded in 2010 by two brothers, Grzegorz and Wojciech Pachoł. They started with a few dozen vines. The first hectare was planted in 2015 in Zdziarzec, near Radomyśl Wielki. The first wine went on sale in 2017.
A second plot was later added at the Sanguszko Palace in Tarnów. We picked its first harvest in the autumn of 2025. Today we farm seven hectares across two regions — Podkarpacie and Małopolska.
Every vintage is different, because every season is different. We do not try to smooth that out.

Our wines
We work with grape varieties suited to our climate. Among the whites, johanniter, solaris and souvignier gris lead the way. We also grow muscaris, riesling, seyval blanc, cabernet cortis and pinot noir.
We make dry, off-dry, medium-sweet and dessert wines, as well as sparkling wines, orange (skin-contact) wines and pét-nats. There are more than twenty labels in the range.
By colour: white, red, rosé, sparkling and orange — the individual wines are described in the Polish part of the site.
Production is small — a few thousand bottles a year. All the fruit comes from our own vines. We buy nothing in.

Awards
Our wines have won more than sixty medals and distinctions at Polish competitions, among them Polskie Korki, the Polish Wine Competition in Jasło, Tuchovinifest and Poznański SPOT. The full list of awards is in Polish.
Grzegorz Pachoł, our winemaker, was named Promoter of the Radomyśl Wielki Municipality in 2024.
Visiting us
The vineyard is not open every day. We make wine in small batches and work among the rows throughout the season, so we receive guests in two ways.
Twice a year the vineyard is open to everyone. In spring we hold Open Bottle Day (Dzień Otwartej Butelki), and in autumn the Young Wine Festival (Święto Młodego Wina). Both include a tasting of our wines, light refreshments and, for those who wish, a walk through the vineyard. In summer we also hold tastings out in the vineyard itself, between the rows.
Outside those dates we receive guests by arrangement. Please call ahead so that we can prepare and give you our time.
Dates of upcoming events are announced on our Facebook page. There is also an events page (in Polish).

How to find us
Radomyśl Wielki lies between Tarnów and Mielec, in south-east Poland. The vineyard is in the village of Zdziarzec nearby, and the second plot is in Tarnów itself. This is an area with a long tradition of orchards and market gardens, in the Carpathian foothills.
